There are several techniques for working with small teams. The teams discuss and make decisions that express the speakers or a coordinator. Among the main ones are as follows:

Discussion Group. The objective of this technique is to expand knowledge, develop analytical skills of listening, respect, etc. Is that a small group discuss freely about a topic, usually led by a coordinator. Usually tries to find solutions to a problem, make a decision, and so on.

The team should know the subject beforehand, to learn and think about it. The coordinator defines the topic and explains the technique.
