Whether a team gets more or less positive results, will depend, as we have seen, the people in it, the way those people are organized to achieve goals, and the compatibility between personal goals and the team's goals.
From the point of view of the powers, we might say that the results of a task force, depend basically three key competencies:

KNOW: This competition
includes the characteristics distinguishing between members of the team, and
certain features of the equipment as such.

CAN: refers to the
opportunity for a team to operate all its resources to achieve the objectives.

WISH: we talk about
motivation, the compatibility between personal goals and team goals
Then we will analyze each of these skills.
