The concept of synergy is key to teamwork. Assumes
that the results of a task force may be greater than the sum of the efforts and
abilities of each member of that team. This will depend on good organization and
that the objective is actually common, understood and accepted by all components
of the team.
When there is synergy effect, the results of
team work are higher than expected, generating a great motivator and a great
team or unit cohesion. Therefore, the synergy is represented as follows:
